How Does Ordering Work?
It's simple – YOU order, WE prepare, WE deliver, and YOU enjoy.
- Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
- An order is binding upon confirmation / payment from our side.
- If we are unable to process your order due to capacity limitations (which may happen especially in peak season), we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Everything is prepared fresh on the day of delivery – no semi-finished products, no compromises.
Prices and Payment
- All prices include VAT.
- Delivery rates follow the current price list at: https://www.boxnito.sk/podmienky-dorucenia/.
- Payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (if agreed)
- Shoptet Pay
- Or by individual agreement
- For larger orders, an advance deposit may be requested.
Delivery
We deliver 7 days a week, approximately between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (by agreement).
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order. If delivery fails (incorrect address, no one present), the order is considered fulfilled and may be charged in full.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans sometimes change. However, everything is prepared fresh specifically for your order.
Therefore, the following terms apply:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before delivery – free of charge.
- Cancellation 24 – 48 hours before delivery – 50% of the total order value.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before delivery – orders cannot be cancelled.
Thank you for your understanding – ingredients are purchased and prepared exclusively for your specific order.
Complaints & Claims
If anything does not meet your expectations, please let us know as soon as possible – ideally upon receipt or on the day of delivery. We always aim to find a fair solution. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
As a consumer, you have the right to initiate an out-of-court dispute resolution process through an alternative dispute resolution entity. Right of Withdrawal
Our products are fresh foods prepared for a specific delivery date and time. Consequently, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply under Section 7(6)(d) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection in the Sale of Goods or Provision of Services under Distance Contracts, as these goods are perishable.
Personal Data Protection
We process your personal data solely for the purposes of handling orders and communicating with you. All personal data is processed and protected in full compliance with applicable legislation (GDPR).
