There are pairings that delight the senses and create the perfect culinary experience. Sweet caramelized onion and balsamic vinegar. Roasted pumpkin and honey with a subtle touch of chilli. Traditional bryndza sheep cheese and tangy cranberries. These combinations deliver rich, mature, and artisanally crafted flavors in a modern presentation.

Our Autumn Canapé Box brings together these premium recipes – four original spreads, each with its own creamy texture, vibrant aroma, and distinctive visual style. For those seeking an extraordinary gastronomic experience.

What’s in the Box?

• Canapé – Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Mascarpone (4 pcs)
Delicate Italian mascarpone blended with aromatic sun-dried tomatoes, aged Parmesan, black olives, and fresh pea shoots on crispy white bread. Finished with a pinch of smoked paprika, adding a deep and velvety undertone. A rich, sun-drenched flavor with an elegant Mediterranean character.

• Canapé – Caramelized Onion & Balsamic (4 pcs)
A rich cream spread on crusty whole-grain bread, topped with onions slowly caramelized in butter with brown sugar and drops of fine balsamic vinegar, accented with prosciutto, fresh rosemary, and smoked salt. A perfect harmony of gentle acidity, buttery richness, and natural sweetness.

• Canapé – Roasted Pumpkin & Chilli (4 pcs)
Velvety cream made from golden-roasted pumpkin and roasted garlic, softened with a touch of blossom honey and cream cheese, complemented by crispy bacon, roasted pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin seed oil on crusty white bread. A gentle touch of chilli adds a pleasant warmth and balanced contrast to every bite.

• Canapé – Whipped Bryndza & Cranberries (4 pcs)
A light, fluffy mousse of authentic Slovak bryndza, smoked oštiepok cheese, and smooth cream cheese whipped with double cream to a silky texture on crispy whole-grain bread. Complemented by sweet-and-sour cranberry chutney, creating a perfect flavor contrast to the smoked cheese, garnished with smoked oštiepok and microgreens.
